Julia Shea

Julia joined the Marketing Strategy and Planning team at Comcast in 2015. Her role initially focused on marketing effectiveness reporting and insights, as well as short-term strategic analyses for sales and marketing stakeholders. In mid-2016, Julia transitioned to an internal consulting role within the Strategy & Planning group, providing deeper strategic analyses and insights that support longer term organizational priorities. One key area of focus has been the evolving video landscape and the impact on customer habits and needs.

 

Before joining Comcast, Julia worked for Target Corporation, leading a team in Bangalore, India in providing inventory and supply chain management support and analysis for U.S. store and online operations. Prior to her role in India, Julia worked for Macy’s Inc, leading the private brand organization’s customer strategy and insights team, leveraging customer data to support the launch of two brands and to inform overall product and marketing strategies.

 

Julia graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, with a focus on Marketing. She completed her MBA at New York University’s Stern School of Business, concentrating in Strategy and Finance. She currently resides in Philadelphia with her husband and new baby girl.
