Julie Piroutek is currently the Field Operations Business Planning Manager for the Kansas City / Nebraska market area of the Central Region for Charter Communications. She has oversight for financial operations activities supporting facilities, fulfillment, maintenance, and construction departments. Her responsibilities include day-to-day financial transaction support, month end close, quarterly forecasting, and driving the annual budget exercises.
Julie joined Charter, formerly Time Warner Cable, in 1998 as a Project Assistant for the National Division upgrading properties owned in the state of Kansas. She moved through several construction positions throughout the years in Houston, TX and Overland Park, KS including, Construction and Engineering Financial Supervisor, Business Manager, and Construction Manager. Following the 2016 merger of Charter Communications with Time Warner Cable, she moved to Field Operations Business Planning where she has created a cohesive team from the ground up. Her team continually meets and beats service level objectives and works to provide financial communications and process guidance throughout the market area.
Julie received her Master of Business Administration from Baker University and Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Kansas State University. Julie is a member of the WICT Midwest chapter based out of St. Louis. In her free time, she enjoys reading, playing golf with her son, Duncan, and singing Alto I in the William Baker Festival Singers with her husband, Brad.
