Julie Unruh currently serves as Charter’s Vice President of
Revenue Assurance. In this role, she is
responsible for driving profitability through the implementation of processes
and technology that maximize revenue, minimize leakage, and manage costs. Julie also supports the company’s Programming
department and plays a critical role in the budget and forecasting process.
Julie’s career with Charter began more than 10 years ago,
when she was hired to build a revenue assurance organization. Over the past decade, her team has grown and
now delivers solutions across all Charter products in both the residential and
business segments.
Prior to joining Charter, Julie was a manager in
PricewaterhouseCoopers’ advisory practice.
In this role, she was responsible for delivering revenue assurance
solutions to cable industry clients and played a key leadership role in the
development of PwC’s profitability maximization services.
Julie attended Michigan State University, where she received
a BA and MS in Accounting and also played Division I volleyball. She resides in Parker, Colorado with her
husband and two sons.
