Kaitlyn McCauley

​Kaitlyn McCauley is a Manager of Integrated Marketing Communications for Comcast. She leads the development of 360 advertising campaigns to support the launch of new products and promote special offers in market. In her role, she partners closely with counterparts in the field to understand competitive pressures and response strategies, and then leads agency teams in the development of campaign creative. Kaitlyn has a strong customer focus and regularly champions research to ground campaign strategy in customer insights. She has also developed a particular affinity for experiential marketing, devising unique ways to build product and brand affinity directly with consumers in market.


Kaitlyn began her career at PureRed Creative, a traditional agency specializing in print and retail. After growing her first account, Michaels, into a full-service account, she learned to love the digital side of the business. Shortly thereafter she took a position with Hershey’s digital AOR and spent the next year managing their portfolio of digital platforms.


Kaitlyn moved to Philadelphia in 2013 for an opportunity with the Archer Group, where she managed website development for a variety of clients including Morgan Stanley, Prudential, Chase and Wawa. In 2015, she joined team Comcast as an agency consultant on the retail business.


Kaitlyn graduated from the College of William and Mary with dual degrees: a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. She currently resides in Philadelphia. When she’s not working, you can find her outdoors, hiking in the summer and snowboarding in the winter.
