Karen Round

Karen works as a Business Process Analyst at Cox Communications.  Karen has been in this role since 2006 working with cross functional teams to implement improvements and design programs to define and improve customer experience.  As a Black Belt in the Six Sigma program, she spends a portion of her time mentoring new Green Belt candidates through their certification projects.  Karen is the recipient of the New England Award of Excellence, which recognized individuals who have demonstrated capabilities above and beyond their normal job responsibilities, for her process improvement efforts in 2008.

Prior to working at Cox, Karen worked in the manufacturing industry as a Quality Engineer.  She lives in RI with her husband and three boys.  They are active in their community and work to support several charities.

Karen is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island and holds a Bachelor of Science degree.
