Kate Brown has worked in International Operations and Client Services at A+E Networks for the past several years. In addition to managing a diverse team of account representatives, her focus has been on exploring and implementing new technology to streamline workflows and decrease output costs, while maintaining the excellence in customer service expected of A+E Networks. In an ever-evolving industry, Kate keeps an eye towards the future and towards developing synergies across distribution pathways and partners.
Kate acts as a liaison between a variety of internal and external teams and is often challenged to manage up and across to ensure projects and directives stay on task. At any moment, Kate is likely engaging with engineering, IT, production, programming, QC, legal, and distribution vendors, and more as deals proceed through the pipeline.
Kate graduated with honors from Skidmore College in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree and was an academic all American for two consecutive seasons as a Thoroughbred. Originally from Darien, CT, Kate just recently bought her first house in the small beach town of Rowayton, CT. Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time with her husband and 15-month-old son TJ and is looking forward to welcoming a new baby to the family this summer.
