Kathryn Doebler

Kathryn Doebler is the Sr. Manager of Business Analysis at FreeWheel. FreeWheel is a digital video ad serving company owned by Comcast. In her role, Kathryn and her team are responsible for the collection and analysis of client feedback and other data to inform and direct software development. Kathryn is focused on bringing data-driven decision making to the forefront of FreeWheel’s business, allowing FreeWheel to continue creating industry-leading software for digital video ad monetization. Beyond her role in delivering key insights, Kathryn is also responsible for a training program within FreeWheel that develops new technical talent for the organization. Kathryn believes deeply in investing in training and coaching.

 

Kathryn began her career at FreeWheel in 2012 in client services and implementations. She worked with publishers, digital video businesses, and MVPDs to implement FreeWheel’s software platform. Kathryn paved the way with a consultative and investigative approach to implementations, resulting in best-in-class service and high client satisfaction. By the time Kathryn completed her time in client implementations, she held the title of Lead Solutions Engineer and managed a team of implementation engineers.

 

Prior to joining FreeWheel, Kathryn was a management consultant with Deloitte working with financial institutions and insurers, primarily managing post-merger integration. Kathryn worked with several of the country’s top banks on their technology strategies.

 

Kathryn graduated with honors from Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelor of Arts in International and Area Studies and Chinese language. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. Kathryn lives with her husband in Westchester County, NY and is an avid gardener.
