Kathryn is the Director on the YouTube Strategy & Development team at Nickelodeon. In her current role, she is involved with creating new and engaging digital content for kids and families, as well as identifying new trends and audiences. Creative minded and an analytical thinker, she is on a team that continually utilizes data to inform upcoming decisions and optimize content.
Prior to her work on the YouTube team, Kathryn worked at Nickelodeon in the consumer marketing department, launching numerous live action and animation series, movies, and events (including the Kids’ Choice Awards and Kids’ Choice Sports). She started her career working on the Strategic Insights & Innovation team at NBCUniversal, conducting studies and focus groups on topics including how people watch television and use media, and the 2012 London Summer Olympics.
Kathryn was born in Port Washington, NY and attended Northwestern University where she received a BS in Communications, along with a Film and Media Studies minor, and Math concentration. She currently resides in Manhattan, where she enjoys yoga, the theatre and cheering on the New York Mets.
