Kathryn Tribuiani is a Human Resource Leader for Comcast Spotlight, the Advertising Sales Division of Comcast Cable. Kathryn has over 14 years of experience in leading HR operations. During her seven years with Comcast Spotlight, Kathryn has worked on evolving Talent Management processes and standards for her client groups including Talent Calibration, Talent Reviews and a comprehensive Performance Management process. Kathryn has also served as a member of a team that helped to create efficiencies for the Eastern division, combining five geographically disperse operation centers into one.
Kathryn serves her profession by being active in its leading certifying body, the Human Resource Certification Institute. Serving as a member of the Eastern US Exam Development Panel, Kathryn has developed test items for the PHR and SPHR examinations which validate mastery in the field of human resource management.
Prior to joining Comcast, Kathryn was responsible for employee relations issues at a national provider of childcare and education services and served in a variety of Human Resource roles across the US with Hilton Hotels.
Kathryn received a Bachelor of Science degree from Widener University and a Master’s degree in Leadership Development from Penn State University.
Kathryn lives in the Philadelphia area with her two sons, Vincent & Leo.
