Kathy O’Brien is Senior Manager of Workforce Management for the Northeast Division of Comcast. In her role, Kathy is responsible for all short range planning and scheduling functions for the Greater Boston and Western New England Regions consisting of over 1500+ CAEs as well as 1000 3rd party CAEs. Kathy is also responsible for strategic guidance for all Northeast Division scheduling and off phone activity management.
Starting as a Customer Care Account Executive and earning her way into increasing roles and responsibilities, Kathy has enjoyed a productive and ever-changing career with Comcast that has spanned over the last 14 years. Her range of experience has included roles in Frontline Customer Care, Customer Care leadership, and various Operations roles. Prior to joining Comcast, Kathy worked in retail management for over 7 years.
Kathy lives in Salem NH with her husband and two daughters and is an avid softball fan who enjoys watching her daughters play throughout the year.
