Katie McCorry

Katie McCorry has eight years of media, marketing and sales experience.  She has successfully developed innovative multiplatform marketing campaigns that build brand value and increase ratings.

McCorry is currently a Manager in the Partner Marketing group at MTV Networks. She has been with MTV Networks for the past five years where she has held both Coordinator and Manager positions working on the CMT and TV Land brands.  She is responsible for the creation and implementation of integrated marketing, local ad sales and public affairs initiatives to secure distribution, drive distributor and MTVN revenues and reinforce the value of the brands.

Prior to MTV Networks, McCorry worked for Turner Sports in their National Ad Sales group where she helped secure new business and incremental revenue from existing advertisers working on key accounts like Pepsico/Gatorade, Sony and McDonald’s.  She also held a position at College Bound Sports where she worked to publicize and promote Team Rangers, the official youth hockey camp of the NY Rangers.

McCorry graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University with a dual major in Public Policy & Analysis and Human Development and was the captain of the Division 1 Cornell Women’s Lacrosse Team.  A New York native, McCorry grew up in Westchester County and currently resides in New York City.
