Katie Wrzesniewski serves as the human resources business partner for the Corporate Communications, Business Affairs, and Human Resources departments at Scripps Networks Interactive. In addition, she provides special assistance to the company’s Home Category and Ad Sales groups. As a human resources business partner, she is responsible for building productivity, capability, and employees’ engagement by being in touch with employee needs and all HR communities and systems for her clients.
Katie joined Scripps Networks Interactive in September 2009. She possesses more than 10 years of experience in human resources, beginning her career at Kimberly-Clark in 2002 supporting the plant HR manager and plant manager. Katie then joined Sedgwick CMS in 2005 as a regional HR manager, where she managed more than 1200 employees across the United States and Canada.
Katie earned both a bachelor’s degree in human resources development and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. She resides in Knoxville with her husband, Eric, and their three dogs.
