Keeley is a seasoned human resource professional with a work history that illustrates strong strategic management skills, a solid background in human resources and a career focused on delivering a high level of employee and customer service. Keeley has over 15 years of progressive experience with a strong knowledge in multiple areas of Human Resources including employee engagement, policy implementation, change management, leadership development, recruitment and collective bargaining to name a few. Keeley is a Human Resources Manager for Comcast Cable Communications, the largest provider of cable, internet and phone services. Keeley began her career in the telecommunication industry in 2002 with AT&T Broadband as a Senior Recruiter and was promoted to Human Resources Manager with Comcast Cable Communications, in 2004. She currently supports Comcast Technical Operations where she is recognized as a strategic business partner who is dedicated to improving the employee experience while helping to develop highly effective teams.
Keeley received her Bachelor’s Degree in English from Roosevelt University. She also earned her Master’s in Human Resources from Keller Graduate School. She is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). In her spare time, Keeley enjoys spending quality time with her family, as well as cooking and serving in Women Shelters.
