Kelly Baker currently serves as Vice President of Planning and Analysis for Spectrum Enterprise, a division of Charter Communications providing scalable fiber-based technology solutions for America’s largest businesses. Kelly leads the annual budget, quarterly forecast and month-end financial close process ensuring all functional areas are aligned. She is currently the Chair of the Communication Work Stream Group for the Spectrum Enterprise Women’s Leadership Development Initiative and has been a mentor in the company’s mentorship program. She is also a member of Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) and the National Cable Television Association (NCTA).
Kelly joined Spectrum Enterprise in conjunction with the acquisition of Time Warner Cable in 2016. Prior to joining Charter she held key financial roles in many areas of Time Warner Cable for almost 20 years including Vice President of Finance for Time Warner Cable Media, Senior Director of Finance for the Advanced Technology Group (ATG) and Technology Service Group (TSG) and Senior Director of Finance for the New Business Group which was instrumental in launching Digital Phone.
Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Sacred Heart University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She has attended Step Forward: Building a Community of Women Leaders, Leading for Results and Strategic Leadership programs over the years. She lives in Connecticut with her husband and 2 daughters.
