Kelly Morrissey

​Kelly Morrissey possesses more than 10 years of security, law enforcement and operational experience; comprised of leadership in ESPN and work as a special agent with DEA.

 

Kelly is currently an Associate Director in the Security & Facilities Department at ESPN.  Kelly manages ESPN’s Security, Facilities operating ($70M) Capital ($28M) and show budgets ($7M); managing to the constant changing needs of the business units.   Kelly has implemented an inclusive budget environment.  Providing not only oversight but knowledge, guidance and transparency of the financial needs, implications, and forecasting to department personnel.

Prior to joining ESPN, Kelly was a DEA agent.  She was assigned to the Los Angeles Field Division and assigned to a joint task force with the FBI.  Throughout her DEA career, she conducted numerous narcotics and money laundering investigations targeting high profile drug cartels in an attempt to disrupt and dismantle their illegal operations. 

Kelly resides in Southington, Connecticut with her husband and young children.  Kelly is actively involved in the community as an elected official to the Town of Southington, town council.  She serves on the board of numerous committees to include the Southington, Plainville Regional Health District Committee, The Southington Sewer Committee and the Emergency Medical Services Committee. Kelly is originally from Buffalo, NY and earned her Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration in Accounting from Siena College.   Kelly continues to support her alma mater, Siena College, by serving on the Siena Athletics Hall of Fame committee for which she is a member as having been a recognized for her swimming accomplishments.
