Kerri Clark is Vice President & Assistant General Counsel – Legal and Business Affairs for Turner Content Distribution within WarnerMedia.
Kerri is responsible for developing affiliate renewal strategies and agreements as well as drafting and negotiating multi-year content distribution agreements for WarnerMedia’s domestic networks in the United States, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Canada with leading cable, satellite, telecom and digital distributors across all platforms, including linear, video on demand, broadband and over-the-top platforms. In addition, Kerri is responsible for providing legal and business support in connection with the administration of the executed distribution agreements and is the primary legal support for the accounting and marketing functions. Kerri has been with Turner Broadcasting for 25 years, previously serving as senior counsel and working across the distribution division handling legal responsibilities on all major domestic affiliate accounts.
Kerri holds a Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University. Kerri resides in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband and has two college age children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets, traveling, running and reading.
