Kerri has recently been appointed to develop and lead the NE market’s Organizational Effectiveness Strategy . In this new role she will coordinate and lead the change agenda designed to support the regions’ growth strategy. Kerri will focus on ensuring the organizational structure effectively supports the current and future needs, facilitate the launch of key improvement initiatives and align communications and the culture to the strategy. Kerri St. Jean joined Comcast as the Vice President of Human Resources for New England in the Eastern Division of Comcast November 2003. In this role, she oversaw human resources, recruiting, training and retention practices in five New England markets throughout Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire and Connecticut. Ms. St. Jean was also responsible for facilitating the reorganization of NE to the new Area GM/ Shared Services model bringing the leadership closer to the customer and leading the HR organization through the merger and integration related changes. Ms. St. Jean served as vice president, human resources with a communications start-up company, Global Communication Devices in 2001. In that role, she developed the HR infrastructure, designed a compensation strategy to help attract talent needed to build the company and led the organization’s team effectiveness strategy which improved the product development cycle’s efficiency and speed. Ms. St. Jean joined Mediaone in 1995 as Human Resources Director where she led the Human Resources organization at the Chelmsford Call Center supporting employees in operations across all three business lines (voice, video and data). Throughout her six years with the company, she held several progressive positions in the New England region since, most recently as Vice President of Human Resources for AT&T Broadband’s New England region. Ms. St. Jean played an instrumental role in the development of the region’s overall HR strategy and designed a system to help integrate the addition of 1,600 TCI and Cablevision employees into the organizational structure. This allowed for the design and implementation of a framework to integrate all products into existing call center and field operations to fuel company growth. Prior to joining Mediaone in 1995, Ms. St. Jean served as the Director of Human Resources with Cablevision Systems for more than six years. Ms. St. Jean earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Flagler College and received her master’s degree from Northeastern University. In addition, she also earned a certificate in human resources management from the Northeast Human Resource Association.
