Kerry Keegan

In her role as Vendor Manager for the Northeast Division of Comcast Kerry is responsible for performance management of our vendor partners supporting Customer Care for the Keystone region and our vendor for Business Services for the Northeast Division. 

Kerry started as a Customer Care Account Executive and charted her way into increasing roles and responsibilities, her career has spanned the last 15 years and includes the following roles:  frontline Customer Care, Customer Care Manager, Project Manager and Business Services Manager.  Her background has been invaluable in working with our vendor partner teams to help create a cohesive customer experience. 

Kerry is an active member of the American Cancer Society Relay for Life,  a mentor for Big Brothers /Big Sisters and a board member for St. Peter’s Soup Kitchen.
