Kerry Wilkinson is a Sr. Manager of Technical Operations at
Comcast. In her role she supports Tier1/Tier II New Product and Service Incubation
and the Accessibility National Center of Excellence (support for customers with
Kerry has been in the Telecommunications industry since 1995
and started her career as a Dispatcher with Charter Communications. After 5
years working with Charter Communications, she moved to Denver, CO where she
began working for TCI/AT&T Broadband/Comcast as a Customer Care Agent.
Kerry has been working for Comcast in Denver since and has successfully managed
her career from a customer care agent to her current role as a Sr. Manager of
Technical Operations. Prior to Kerry moving into her current position she
supported the Comcast West Division Executive Customer Relations team. In that
role Kerry successfully realigned 7 regional teams into 1 divisional team to
eliminate redundancy which created efficiency’s and increased productivity. In
her current position she leads 5 direct reports from operational specialists to
supervisors. She has responsibility for over 100 contract employees and 50
internal in the U.S. She also manages 2 different business functions, including
Tier I/Tier II (new product/service incubation) and accessibility.
Kerry enjoys traveling and spending time with her family –
Mike (husband), Katie (daughter) and Brandon (son). She resides in Denver, CO
and enjoys hiking in the mountains!
Kerry is passionate about development, learning and meeting
