Kien Tam

Kien Tam is the Senior Director of the Digital and Print Media Program Management Office for ESPN. She is an experienced team leader with over 15 years of experience in program and project management. Kien has deep knowledge of corporate communication, multimedia technology, program and project management. Kien leads the PMO in program and project managing the various ESPN digital product launches such as the SportsCenter app, WatchESPN app, and ESPN.com. She interacts across various cross functional teams to plan, scope, manage, and communicate the ESPN Digital and Print Media’s programs and project launches. Kien was previously awarded to attend an intensive leadership development program for senior leaders at ESPN.

 

Kien’s earlier career years focused in Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, and Consulting. During her tenure at Thomson Reuters, Kien project managed the launch of their internal order management  system that tracked and managed global customer orders. Prior to Thomson Reuters, Kien worked at Accenture as a consultant working with Communications and Financial clients.

 

Kien holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Lehigh University. She is also a Posse Foundation scholar that was awarded a full scholarship to Lehigh (www.possefoundation.org).

 

Kien currently resides in Bayside Hills, NY and lives with her husband Eric, 3 year old son Dylan, and a bit shy of a year old daughter Kayla.
