Kim Bradley

As the Senior Director of Sales for Comcast Spotlight’s Chicago Interconnect, Kim Bradley’s main responsibility is the oversight of Regional and National sales including Spot, Online and Interactive revenue managing a staff of 27.   She develops Chicago’s business strategy to align with divisional and corporate objectives to maximize performance of 70 networks with over 2.2 million video subscribers and 1.1 million HSI subscribers leveraging key strategic partnerships to create unique selling advantages in the market.  Prior to her role at Comcast, Kim was Executive Director, Sales Development for Tribune Company’s Broadcast Division working with all 26 TV properties supporting revenue development and training for selected High-Potential sales personnel.  Prior to Tribune, she worked as a management consultant and executive coach as President of her own company, Bradley Marketing Group in the Media, IT and Services categories responsible for strategy development, tactical action plans and campaign implementations.  Kim started her career in the advertising agency business and moved to National TV Sales at Katz Communications.

Kim has completed several Leadership programs including the Executive Leadership Forum (ELF) at Comcast, Executive Development Seminar (EDS) at WICT and is currently a member of Comcast Spotlight’s 2012 Women in Leadership.

Kim graduated from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.  She is currently on the Board of Directors for Starlight Children Foundation Midwest and Chair of their Marketing Committee, an active member of WICT serving in the Mentor Program, Executive Roundtable Speaker on Effective Communication and Visionary Leadership and Newsletter Guest Columnist, a Guest Speaker on Sales Leadership at the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and Northwestern University and an active member of the Media Club of Chicago (MAC).

Kim resides in Lake Forest, Illinois with her husband, Gary and her 3 sons and when she is not working she is on the golf course or gardening at home.
