Kim Mills

Kim is founder of Evolving Matters LLC and is a marketing executive, consultant and certified master coach who specializes in helping individuals and leaders awaken their true goals, increase personal empowerment and manage through change in a human, relatable and down to earth way.  With more than 20 years of corporate marketing experience driving change and developing talent, Kim compassionately helps others move through intentional transformation to achieve both business and personal goals.

During her career at Time Warner Cable, she led the Retention Marketing team in the development of consumer-focused programs to drive retention, improve the customer experience and increase customer engagement.  Kim also played a key leadership role in a variety of high-profile top priority company service transformation initiatives.

Kim honed her skills as a change champion while serving in a variety of key roles in marketing at Time Warner Cable. Recognized as much for her ability to energize teams as she was for her strategic planning skills, Kim held positions in brand & advertising, product marketing, customer experience and retention marketing.

In addition to her Time Warner Cable experience, Kim spent three years with Sprint PCS during their start-up years, leading a variety of relationship marketing strategies and initiatives.  She also worked in advertising as an Account Director for a New York City based interactive advertising agency.

Throughout her more than two decades in the corporate arena, Kim discovered ways to enact change that positively influences both the customer and the bottom line. Equally important, she learned what it takes to push innovative ideas forward.  In the process, she helped those around her stretch outside their comfort zones and pursue goals that once seemed out of reach.

Kim brings these skills to her work today as a consultant, coach, speaker, published author, and change champion offering practical tools to inspire and motivate change. Her inspirational workshops help others find the best in themselves both in the office and at home.  Some of her recent clients include the Grace Institute, NY Public Library and WICT.

Kim earned her certification as a Master Coach from the Center for Coaching Certification (CCC), is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), served on the Women In Cable Telecommunications (WICT) board, and earned her Accredited Business Communicator Certification with the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC).  She is a graduate from the University of Kansas.
