Kim Tytka

Kim Tytka, Care Process Implementation Manager, began her cable career in 1995.  In the past 19 years, she has held a variety of roles including Customer Care Supervisor, New-Hire Supervisor, Training SME (created and delivered materials), PAC (Home Phone Provisioning) Supervisor and Project Manager.  She has transitioned from TCI Cable to Adelphia Communications to Time Warner Cable. In her current role, she is responsible for creating Customer Care support models for various Product launches as well as leading process improvement and strategic initiatives.

Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the State University of New York at Buffalo in addition to an Associate Degree in Project Management from McMaster University in Toronto, Ontario. Kim also has certifications in Public Relations/Advertising, Journalism, and Telecommunications Management.  She regularly attends seminars, webinars and other developmental opportunities.

 

Kim is active in her community and supports several non-profit organizations.  For the past 7 years she has organized a holiday drive for the local YWCA Battered Women’s and Children’s shelter as well as Child and Family Services of WNY. Kim resides in West Seneca, NY with her husband.  In her spare time she enjoys long walks, spending time with family and friends and shopping.
