Kimberlee Fisher Turner

​Kimberlee Turner is a 14-year telecom veteran with experience in call center agent desktop and technician mobile solution software development. She was actively involved in developing the original agent desktop to support call center agents as described in United States Patent 8,588,395 "Customer Service Methods, Apparatus and Report/ Alert Generation Based on Customer Service Call Information."

 

Ms. Turner’s focus within IT is to foster a collaborative, high performing team environment focused on solution delivery. In this role, she and her team of Delivery Managers work to create a shared vision with technology teams that translates strategic initiatives into tactical design and application development road maps, ultimately delivering value to the business. Kim believes that Charter can transform our subscribers experience with technology solutions that enable agents to know our customers, anticipate their needs, and efficiently resolve issues when they arise. In 2010, she was the recipient of the Time Warner Cable J.D.S. Branded Customer Experience Award.

 

Kimberlee attended Clemson University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. In her free time, she enjoys baking and supporting Cookies for Kids’ Cancer, a national 501(c)3 non-profit, committed to raising funds for research to develop new, improved, & less toxic treatments for pediatric cancer. Kim served as a part of WICT Carolinas chapter leadership in 2013 with a focus on Programming and is currently a member of WICT Midwest.
