Kimberly Bordoni is Senior Manager, Financial Compliance for Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. (TBS, Inc.), a Time Warner company. In this role, she is responsible for directing the financial compliance function and providing internal controls guidance and attestation services to the Turner and Time Warner Corporate divisions. Prior to joining Turner, she worked for Ernst & Young and KPMG assisting clients with data analytics, internal audit, and internal controls consulting services.
Her position at Turner has allowed her to extend her knowledge beyond financial processes and controls to also include operational processes supporting both television and web-based advertising and network programming, including sports programming. Additionally, Kimberly has managed ad sales internal controls assessments for Turner’s international operations in India, Sweden, Chile and Hong Kong.
Kimberly is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree, with a major in Accounting from Youngstown State University. Her most volunteer projects include organizing a Junior Achievement Biztown team event and participating in Turner’s Emerging Leaders Program serving as a mentor to a high performing employee in Turner’s accounting organization.
