Kim Salinas first joined Cox Business, the commercial division of Cox Communications in January 2016 as Director of Enterprise Sales. In her role, she is responsible for both the Enterprise Sales team which includes Government, Education, Healthcare and Hospitality and the Indirect Agent Channel. Kim has over 20 years of telecommunications experience.
Prior to joining Cox, Kim held the position of Vice President and General Manager with TW Telecom which became Level 3 Communications, a position she held for 2 years. Prior to Level 3 she served as General Manager for TelePacific Communications over a period of ten years.
Kim has also served in numerous sales related roles in the telecom industry from outside sales in her early career to Senior Manager of Mid-Market accounts with Broadwing out of Houston.
Kim has led strong performing sales teams as indicated by numerous distinctions such as the Cox Communications Winners Circle Award in 2016, 2017 & 2018, and President’s Club award in 2007, 2008 and 2012. In addition, she has won multiple other awards and recognitions including Dream Team with Broadwing Communications in 2001.
She is actively involved in the Summerlin South Little League as the team scorekeeper and is currently on the Board for The Shade Tree.
Kim was born and raised in Texas and she graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Mass Communications. Kim is married and a mother of three boys.
