Krista Peterson currently serves as the Senior Manager of Content Strategy on the Customer and Digital Experience team for Comcast Business. In this role, she leads the strategic content vision for all of Comcast Business’ digital self-service platforms including My Account, the Comcast Business App, and the ActiveCore mobile app. She co-leads the transformation of the end-to-end customer communication touchpoints, influences acquisition and branding messaging strategies for the Comcast Business website and manages the self-service copywriting staff.
In addition, Krista participates as a work stream lead in the Talent Effectiveness Committee, driving awareness, education, and adoption of inclusive business practices. She is also a participant in One Comcast Leader Transform for Managers.
She began her career at Comcast Business in 2015 as a Web Content Manager, where she developed her passion for delivering engaging content, creating user-centric customer experiences, and maintaining brand identity. As a result of passion and hard work, Krista was promoted to Senior Manager in 2017.
Prior to joining Comcast, Krista got her start as an Advertising Coordinator for Burlington Stores where she planned and executed all the print and digital fashion campaigns and became the on-air fashion spokesperson for various television segments. After her time at Burlington Stores, she shifted her focus from B2C to B2B marketing as a Marketing Manager for Advertising Specialty Institute.
Krista graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications at Temple University. She currently resides in New Jersey, where she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling internationally, and exploring her new neighborhood.
