Kristen is a product and program management professional with a demonstrated history of product, system, and process innovation and execution. With more than 12 years of professional experience, she has established herself as a results-oriented leader with a passion for continuous improvement and relentless growth.
As a 9+ year veteran of Comcast, Kristen Nigro has held a number of roles within the organization that utilized her strengths in the areas of operational improvement, system implementation, strategic thinking and execution excellence. Her first 4 years at the company were spent focused on business process management for the core residential lines of business leading teams to improve and automate the customer experience.
In 2013, Kristen leveraged her skills in new business with Xfinity Home where she launched the first digital contract for residential services. In 2015, Kristen was promoted to Director in the Comcast Business product organization where she is responsible for premise services. In this role, she manages both existing business products and drives the development and execution of new products and service offerings.
Prior to joining Comcast, Kristen spent 4 years working as a consultant for Deloitte’s Strategy and Operations group in both the public and private sectors. She received her Bachelors of Science in Marketing from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
Kristen currently resides in Delaware County, Pennsylvania with her family, including her 4 Siberian Husky fur babies: Chase, Bella, Cole and Maya. Outside of work, she is passionate about architecture and interior design and spends her free time renovating her home, going to concerts, and staying active, healthy and happy.
