Kristen Smith is Vice President, SMB Order Management for Charter Communications. She leads and oversees the day-to-day operations for the order fulfillment and service provisioning teams in the east markets.
Prior to this Kristen served in various BTB leadership roles where she focused on building high performance teams in support of the former TWCBC company’s growing business segment. She had an integral role as key operations stakeholder for various product launches and technology implementations. She has also led the creation of new engagement models for transformational initiatives to ensure greater understanding of business impact and consistent high quality messaging.
Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Le Moyne College. She is a member of Women in Cable Television (WICT), Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), Arise Foundation (Chair) and the TWC Diversity Council. She is a graduate of Women in Cable Televisions Rising Leaders Program, Syracuse University’s Leadership Excellence Program, is certified in Board Leadership and is recipient of the 2006 Achievers Cup Award for her role in the launch of Time Warner Cable’s first commercial voice product, Business Class Phone.
Kristen resides in Charlotte, NC with her husband and two children.
