As Senior Manager of Talent Brand and Attraction for Comcast, Kristin is responsible for producing unique and innovative candidate experiences for future employees.
A background in design and entrepreneurship, Kristin joined Comcast in 2010 as the Manager of UX & Product Design, where she noticed opportunities to innovate the team’s recruitment strategy. A passion-fueled investigation into next-gen recruiting tactics inspired Kristin to switch gears and join Comcast’s Talent Acquisition team within a Marketing Communications capacity. She has since crafted new and distinctive ideas to connect candidates to Comcast through social media, enhanced website features, street-team marketing tactics, and producing a grand documentary-style video series of "realistic job previews"; capturing a day in the life across the organization.
Kristin holds a degree in Fashion Design from Drexel University in Philadelphia and is currently completing her Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics at the University of Pennsylvania. Her graduating thesis paper is a study on transitioning from being an entrepreneur or self-employed to being employed within an organization; revealing guiding principles for the entrepreneur to find fulfillment as employee. Prior to joining Comcast Kristin began her career as an entrepreneur as founder of the company LympheDIVAs.
