Kristin is an Enterprise Sales Support Manager at Comcast Business leading a dynamic team of (9) at Headquarters in Philadelphia, PA. A strategic People leader with 10+ years in managing and implementing complex Metro E and cable industry projects for Strategic Accounts in mid-size and Enterprise markets, she is customer focused, employee engagement driven, and dedicated to Comcast Business mission and vision to achieve our goals and objectives to grow our customer-base.

Highly adaptable and a flexible professional who embraces teamwork, Kristin is passionate about the client experience, team motivation, and has her pulse across multiple teams to keep on trajectory for connectivity opportunities, sales forecast/delivery, and overall life cycle account management for our customers. Her team provides Sales Support to our stellar Sales teams across our product portfolio to exceed external/internal customers’ expectations to deliver innovative solutions. Her customer focus, dedication, and collaborative style helps the teams to consistently deliver a white gloved customer experience. She’s stays curious in learning all facets of the business, expanding her network, and influencing those around her to strengthen relationships within her teams and our clients.

Kristin grew up in South Jersey, graduated from Eastern High School and continued her education at the University of North Carolina Wilmington while training as a Division 1 collegiate swimmer for the Seahawks. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, running, swimming, surfing, traveling, music, and spending time with friends and family (including her pup Hailey)!
