Kristin Miller is the Director of Customer Marketing for Comcast Business, a division of Comcast Corporation in Philadelphia. In this role, Kristin leads the development of national customer lifecycle marketing strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive incremental revenue. In her five plus years with Comcast, Kristin was promoted from Media Manager to Media Director. Then, she was recruited for a product marketing role, to launch an innovative product to serve Comcast’s business customers.
As a multi-channel communicator she has led strategic design, planning, and execution of multi-media campaigns including traditional/brand building and direct response/demand generation channels. She led campaigns that drove a 10% increase in customer interaction online, leading to higher customer satisfaction, and lower call center costs. She partners with a cross-functional team including sales, customer care, operations, product and other marketing stakeholders to drive results.
Kristin started her marketing career with G2 Direct and Digital (formerly Grey Direct) a leading direct marketing agency based in New York. There, she launched and managed several campaigns, maximizing efficiencies across multi-million dollar campaigns resulting in over $4MM in savings for her clients.
Kristin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications with a minor in Public Relations from Kutztown University. She has won industry awards including CableFax Best of the Web Honorable Mention for Digital Marketing & the Apex Award for Content Marketing (Small Business Resource Guide). She is a member of WICT and the Comcast Women’s Network.
Kristin resides near Philadelphia and enjoys spending time with her husband, two small children, family and friends.
