Kristin Quinn is a Sr. Manager, Employee Engagement and Employee Relations with Comcast’s Central Division. In this role, Kristin partners jointly with HR and Operations to provide analysis and expertise on employee relations issues.
Kristin has over 15 years’ experience in Human Resources. Prior to joining Comcast in 2003 as an HR Administrator, she worked as a Technical Trainer and Technical Recruiter within the IT industry. Her career with Comcast has evolved with the HR Function and she has continued her upward progression within the Employee Engagement COE. Kristin holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Eastern Michigan University and has been certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) since 2005.
Kristin has been a WICT member since 2004 and began serving as a board member in 2012. Kristin currently serves as the Vice-President for the Great Lakes Chapter.
In her free time, Kristin loves to travel with her two daughters.
