Kristina Stafford

​Kristina Stafford joined UP and aspireTV in October 2015. As Director of Public Relations, she leads public relations strategy and press campaigns for both networks. On UP, she manages campaigns for all original series including Bringing Up Bates, Growing Up McGhee, Small Town, Big Mayor and Date My Dad, as well as all original movies such as Merry Christmas, Baby!, High-Rise Rescue and The Game of Love. For aspire, series include Bama State Style, Magic in the Making, Butter + Brown and the web series "The Graduates NYC."

 

Prior to joining UP, she was at Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. for five years. Kristina served as a publicist for top-ranked cable network TNT, managing campaigns for both scripted and unscripted programming. Her most recent work in this area included such TNT series as Rizzoli & Isles, Major Crimes, The Librarians, LegendsCold Justice and Agent X.

 

Kristina started her career at Lifetime Television in Los Angeles before moving to a boutique publicity agency. She returned to her native Atlanta in 2010 to start work at Turner, where she managed publicity for shows airing on four Turner networks: TNT, TBS, truTV and Turner Classic Movies (TCM), with a focus on unscripted programming.  Her many past projects include King of the NerdsWake Up Call, The Hero, On the Menu, Deal With It, Boston’s Finest and Private Lives of Nashville Wives.

 

She earned a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of Georgia, with a minor in sociology.
