Laura Durkheimer

Laura Durkheimer has been with Comcast for 5 years and is
currently the Director of Product Management for Comcast Wholesale, where she
and her team handle delivery of both TV ads and Video on Demand content through
the Comcast platforms.  Prior to this,
she specialized on the ad distribution side of Comcast (AdDelivery) where she
was their Director of Sales, based out of Los Angeles.  Her primary focus is to lead and cultivate
distribution share across large agencies and brands on both the west coast and
in the Chicago market, which included closing clients such as Universal
Pictures, Safeway, UnitedHealthcare, and MillerCoors, in addition to a host of
major advertising agencies.

 

Laura brings a wealth of knowledge from her previous 6 years
of experience in TV advertising.  She has extensive history in various
facets of the broadcast and TV industry. Most recently, Laura worked as a Sales
Account Manager for Microsoft on an advanced TV media buying platform. She
acquired and maintained accounts such as Kraft, Universal McCann, Ancestry.com,
eHarmony, Reckitt Benckiser and Dole Brands, proving once again to be top in
her field.  Prior to that, Laura was a change agent in the advertising
world, by introducing the advertising community to its first on-demand TV
service, while at a Silicon Valley based startup, ZillionTV. Here, she
gained notoriety for winning Visa.  Laura
initially began her career in traditional media, working in both radio and
print advertising as well.

 

Laura holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of
California, Santa Barbara and currently lives in Denver.  Laura is an avid skier and will seize any
opportunity to travel and explore new cultures and countries.
