Laura Heller is the Senior Director of Ad Sales Research at Crown Media Family Networks, home of three linear networks, Hallmark Channel, Hallmark Movies & Mysteries, and Hallmark Drama; subscription video on demand streaming service, Hallmark Movies Now; and e-book publishing division, Hallmark Publishing. Based in the company’s New York headquarter office, Laura Heller reports to Kristen Roberts, Executive Vice President, pricing, planning and revenue management.
As the Senior Director of Ad Sales Research at Crown Media, Laura supports National Ad Sales, Ad Sales Marketing, Pricing & Inventory and the CEO, providing insights and solutions to help drive sales opportunities for linear and digital assets. Laura delivers high-level analyses of performance and audience trends to senior executives, while maintaining an understanding of the competitive landscape.
Laura attended The George Washington University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Communication. Additionally, Laura earned a Master of Science in Social Research from Hunter College.
Prior to her time at Crown Media, Laura worked as a Research Analyst at Viacom’s TV Land network, followed by a Senior Analyst and subsequent Manager position at AMC Network’s IFC and Sundance Channels.
Laura resides in Manhattan where she has lived for nearly 15 years.
