Lauren Dolan oversees the Global Talent, Leadership and Culture Strategy at Liberty Global. In her role, she is responsible for Talent Management, Executive Resourcing, Learning and Development, Organizational Effectiveness, and Employee Experience.
She also serves as an executive member of the Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council at Liberty Global. In this capacity she is accountable for targets and initiatives to increase diverse representation across the employee base and to ensure inclusion is a core part of the culture.
In her previous role, Lauren led the Global People Strategy, designing and implementing the first company-wide People Agenda to improve the employee experience.
Prior to joining Liberty Global, Lauren was a Principal consultant at Mercer, a global consulting leader in Talent, Health, Retirement and Investments. As a Principal in the Talent business, she led multiple client engagements aimed at delivering business growth through people.
Lauren holds a MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Management, Operations and Economics from Purdue University.
Lauren has been an ambassador and speaker for WICT since joining the industry in 2014. She served on the Global Board of Directors for WICT from 2018-2020. In December 2020 Lauren was appointed President of WICT UK. She is a passionate leader for talent development and gender equality in the workplace.
