Laurie Gruneich currently serves as the vice president of field operations for Cox Communications. In this role, she leads a team of field services and outside plant maintenance. Her teams are responsible for all aspects of customer installation and repair from the home, business and overall network operations.
Laurie has been at Cox for 22 years, where she started in the field service organization. Since then, she has held leadership roles in customer care, systems operations and outside plant maintenance before returning to field service in 2016. Her leadership has helped us to shape business strategies around universal support models in both our care and field organizations and throughout our business.
Laurie, her wife Tammy and son Ethan enjoy life in Northwest Arkansas and are active in their community and youth sports serving on boards and coaching.
