Linda’s focus is on organizational development. Prior to Performance Partners, Linda was Senior Vice President of Corporate Recruiting and Development at one of North Carolina’s largest banks. Having 25 years of broad-based experience in banking, she has demonstrated leadership experience in both start-up operations as well as traditional banking lines of business. Linda has mentored and trained senior executives in financial institutions throughout the Southeast and continues to focus her practice on helping people…and businesses…get better. Selected accomplishments include: starting and leading BB&T University, which later transitioned to a sales company marketing education services to corporate clients; starting BB&T’s long range planning function (The Possible BB&T) with primary focus on creating a winning culture; and developing the sales, service, and performance management strategy for First Citizens Bank. Linda has certifications in numerous national and international training programs as well as executive coaching.
Linda has served as President of the Wake County (Raleigh) NC Meals on Wheels as well as numerous boards. She has articles published in Dun’s Business Month, Personnel Management Magazine, and Bank Marketing Magazine and has participated on a leadership success panel with Dr. Warren Bennis and Harvey Mackay. Linda is married, lives in Raleigh, and has four adult children.
