Lisa Andreola-Kelly has been employed with Comcast since 1984. She started her career with Comcast as a Group Insurance Administrator in the former Comcast Sound Division. The Sound Division was sold by Comcast in 1993, and Lisa transferred to various Comcast subsidiaries where she held several HR Leadership roles between 1994 and 1999. Lisa returned to Comcast Cable in 2000 as the Director of HR for Comcast Spotlight’s Eastern Division. Lisa was promoted to various HR level positions during her tenure with Comcast, and now leads the HR Team in Comcast Spotlight’s Eastern Division as the Executive Director of HR.
Lisa earned a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rosemont College in PA.
