Lisa Hennig

Lisa is a career strategist and coach with more than 15 years of experience advising diverse executives from highly creative media companies to Fortune 50 conservative financial services companies. Domestically and internationally, she has advised over 200 clients. She offers customized executive coaching services on a variety of role transition challenges, highlighting self-awareness and identifying leadership behaviors to drive positive behavioral change. Her coaching work uses a range of approaches depending on the clients’ needs that are utilized to address challenges across industry sectors and functions. By focusing on the desired outcome of the coaching program, Lisa identifies a few key topics that help executives and emerging leaders be more successful at work. Coaching can be delivered face-to-face, in a group setting combined with one-on-one work, and virtually. Success is defined by an observable change in behavior from key stakeholders.

Prior to her career in consulting, Lisa most recently held the position of Human Resources Manager for a Wall Street based international financial services company. She delivered talent management programs for a 950-person Information Technology group. Lisa implemented a performance management system that linked corporate strategy to individual goals enhancing productivity.

Lisa holds a Certificate in Career Planning and Development from New York University and is a graduate of the School of Visual Arts. Her style is a rare combination of the creative and the practical. Her formal education in design combined with her corporate human resources experience provides a superb foundation for creative problem solving with a pragmatic point of view.
