Domestically and internationally, she has advised over 200 clients. She offers customized executive coaching services on a variety of role transition challenges, highlighting self-awareness and identifying leadership behaviors to drive positive behavioral change. Her coaching work uses a range of approaches depending on the clients’ needs that are utilized to address challenges across industry sectors and functions.
