As Sr. Director of ERP Strategic Readiness, Lisa Neuwirth leads the people-impacting aspects of change initiatives including business readiness, communications, learning and development, and support for all Charter Communications ERP financial systems. Previously, she held multiple Finance roles including Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and Director of Capital at Charter Communications where she was responsible for leading and coordinating budgeting and forecasting processes for the organization, managing the budgeting software application and implementing various capital projects.
Prior to joining the cable industry in 2004, she worked at Ernst & Young and Deloitte in Financial Audit and IT Consulting functions where she was instrumental in the design and implementation of financial process redesign, standardization and implementation of enterprise wide processes, budgeting and forecasting process enhancements, portal design and implementation, and ERP implementations.
Lisa has held multiple positions on the WICT Midwest board including Vice President, Director of Finance, and Communications Chair. Currently, she serves as President. She is a proud alumnae of the Betsy Magnus Leadership Institute.
Lisa earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Saint Louis University. She is a certified public accountant and certified in change management. She lives in St. Louis with her husband and three children. Her hobbies include spending time with family, reading, nutrition and fitness.
