Lisa has over 20 years of experience using market research to inform the areas of new product development, marketing strategy, and usability of products and websites in cable, technology, telecommunications, media and financial services companies. She has supported a variety of clients including startups, multinational corporations and nonprofits in both the US and Europe.
Lisa has worked with a variety of qualitative and quantitative research techniques, from simple one-on-one interviews to panels to complicated choice modeling studies. Before moving into consulting, Lisa held positions at Time Warner Cable and HBO, running research for their product development, corporate marketing and website strategy groups.
Before that she ran domestic and international projects for clients at Research International in San Francisco and Stratford Associates, a small boutique consulting firm in Boston.
