Lisa is the Assistant Controller of Time Warner Cable’s Texas Region, which serves over 1.7 million customers. In this role, she directs the accounting team and has been responsible for regionalizing and streamlining functions being performed in four division locations.
Lisa began her cable career in 1997 as Business Manager for Time Warner Cable’s Rio Grande Valley system and was later promoted to Division Controller for the Southwest Division. In 2006, when Time Warner Cable acquired the North Texas (Dallas) Division from Comcast, she was selected to lead the accounting conversion to Time Warner Cable processes and procedures.
Prior to joining Time Warner Cable, Lisa worked with Nielsen Media Research in New York (a subsidiary of Dun and Bradstreet) as Manager of Financial Reporting and Analysis after five years on D&B’s Internal Audit Staff. She began her career on Wall Street with the First Boston Corporation.
isa earned her B.S. in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University. She graduated from Leadership McAllen and Time Warner’s Essentials of Management. Lisa is an active member of WICT and has served as Treasurer for the Greater Texas Chapter. She has won WICT’s June Travis scholarship award and was recently named Greater Texas Chapter Leader of 2008. Lisa volunteers with Girl Scouts of America and with the PTA in Flower Mound, TX where she lives with her husband and daughter.
