Loren Hudson is the Vice President of Human Resources for Comcast’s Keystone Region. In this role, Loren leads our dedicated team of HR business partners and talent professionals as they support our employees, our customers and our business. She and her team focus on developing leadership strategies and organizational design aimed at operational improvements and driving employee engagement, creating innovative ways to fill open positions, identifying and growing talent and building the region’s bench-strength through our high-potential programs at all levels of the business. She is also responsible for driving the development and implementation of all regional human resources policies, programs, and practices including: change management; labor relations; compensation; and employee relations for the region’s more than 3,500 employees across Maryland, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
Loren brings 20 years of HR experience to this role. She joined Comcast and the cable industry in 2000 as Human Resources Generalist for the Charles County, MD location. Since then, she has held a variety of roles of increasing responsibility and was promoted to Vice President at the end of 2017.
Loren received her Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations as well as a Master of Labor Relations from Rutgers University. In addition to her work at Comcast, she is an active member of Women in Cable Telecommunications (WITC). She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
