Loretta Walker

Loretta Walker is senior vice president of human resources for Turner Broadcasting System, Inc.’s (TBS, Inc.) entertainment division, which includes TBS, TNT, Cartoon Network, Turner Classic Movies, Turner South and Boomerang. In this capacity, she also oversees human resources field operations, recruitment, staffing and HR operations for operations, technology and the Atlanta Braves. She is based in Atlanta and reports to Kelly Regal, executive vice president, human resources and corporate communications, TBS, Inc. Previously, Walker was vice president of human resources. She was promoted to her current position in 2002. Prior to joining TBS, Inc., Walker was director of human resources at BellSouth, responsible for overseeing the human resources function for BellSouth’s long distance division. Walker earned a bachelor of science degree in computer information systems from Auburn University of Montgomery and a master of business administration degree from Samford University. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and also in Benchmarks 360 instrument through the Center for Creative Leadership and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator.
