Lori Bistis is associate director of content systems integration in the ESPN Emerging Technology Group. The integration team is responsible for ensuring that all ESPN on-air technology applications are delivered to specification and are effectively integrated into existing or newly developed workflows. The team develops application requirements, manages project plans and application implementations, facilitates customer relationships, and coordinates complex event activities involving technology. In addition, Lori oversees all patent and industry award submission activities, as well as third party agreements and partnerships for the group.
Prior to this role, Lori established service level requirements processes and led the implementation of a supporting system for the ESPN IT Help Desk. She came to ESPN from Accenture, where as a senior operations consultant she was involved in a number of process analysis and improvement projects across different industries.
Lori is a graduate of Syracuse University with a bachelor of arts degree in Public Policy Analysis and Political Science and a minor in Economics. She enjoys outdoor activities and can often be found running, skiing, or mountain biking. Lori is also a passionate sports fan and appreciates the ESPN product most when cheering on her favorite teams.
