Lucy has an extensive and diverse career in the telecommunications industry. Lucy has been with TWC for the past three and half years and was recently promoted to Manager-Process Development Operations in the Technical Operations group. In this role, she manages a team responsible for developing processes to support voice, video, and data for multiple organizations including Tech Ops, Field Installation, Divisions, Customer Care, Service Delivery, Network Management Center, and Commercial Operations. She began her career in telecom at New York Telephone Company as a Dial Service Supervisor – managing a team that monitored voice data and evaluated capacity requirements to ensure network performance met set standards. Her next venture was with MCI where she held several different positions from evaluating the network capacity at MCI Metro to managing a team responsible for circuit design/provisioning of Optical circuits for UUNET. Moving to Cable & Wireless America, she chaired the interdepartmental process to evaluate and approve the operational feasibility of non-standard customer bids. Lucy joined TWC as a Project Manager for the VoIP Operations team, managing the deployment of soft switches, gateway switches, routers, and software upgrades for the growth and support of digital phone.
