Luz Reval

Luz is the Customer Service Manager for Cable One Customer Care Call Center in Phoenix, Arizona.   Cable One services 19 states with cable television, telephone, and high speed internet services.  The Customer Care Center serves as the overflow and after hours support team for all local systems and specializes in billing, cable television service, and sales related calls.  In her role, Luz oversees a team of twenty Supervisors and Leads and approximately 200 Customer Care Representatives and support staff, the focus being on customer and associate satisfaction.

Luz assisted with Cable One’s 2010 initiative to separate sales and service with the development of a non-commission sales team which served as a support function for all local office inbound sales representatives.  She also played a part in launching the Virtual Call Center, which contributed to more efficient routing of all calls company wide.

Luz is a graduate of New Mexico State University with a Bachelor in Business Administration, International Business.
