Lynette Schroder is the director of the Technical Care Center at Cable ONE in Phoenix, Ariz. In this role, she is responsible for growing the strategic planning and execution of the technical support and the continuous improvement of customer experience. The team, under Lynette’s direction, assists Cable ONE’s business and residential customers related to any HSD, VOIP or cable products. Her team of just under 200 associates works out of 8 locations and includes a team that works from home.
Prior to joining Cable ONE in 2015, Lynette gained her telecommunications knowledge and experience at Qwest/CenturyLink. During her tenure there, Lynette managed a variety of operations teams. She started her telecommunications career as a front-line phone sales agent and later moved into the training organization as a corporate trainer. Lynette was promoted into a manager title and spent nearly 10 years serving with teams responsible for training delivery, training content development, back office billing call center as wells as one of their support centers.
Born and raised in South Dakota, Lynette received her undergraduate degree at the University of Sioux Falls in SD. Today, she volunteers regularly at her daughter’s school, Junior Achievement and strives to stay actively involved in the support of the Phoenix Children’s Hospital. In her spare time Lynette enjoys attending anything related to the theater, walks, bike riding, reading and crafting.
